R package · Analysis
An R package for comprehensive C-QT analysis, from data to deliverables.
The scientific white paper on C-QTc modeling lays out the analysis: derive corrected QT and its change from baseline, check the modeling assumptions with exploratory plots, fit the pre-specified linear mixed-effects model, evaluate the fit, and predict the QTc effect at clinically relevant concentrations. Every figure and table along the way needs code for two things: what it should show, and how to build it. No standalone package has taken ownership of building them. cqtkit takes that on for every step of the white paper. Your code says what you want to see, and cqtkit builds it. Every plot is fully customizable, so the figure in the report is the one you had in mind. For the pre-specified model, that includes the fit and an extensive suite of goodness-of-fit plots to evaluate it. Your time goes to the science: whether the model holds and what the drug does to QTc. The computations live in one tested package instead of in each analysis, so they are done the same way for every analyst and study. QC has less to check: the code it reads says what each figure and table shows, and the computations beneath it are covered by the package's tests.
