Position overview
The Project Manager will support the executive and business functions with project, scope, and resource management. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, a team player, and experienced in supporting multiple projects simultaneously.
Specific responsibilities
- Overseeing and optimizing project status tracking workflows and internal management
- Acting as the primary client liaison, coordinating communications, data transfer platforms, meetings, minutes, agendas, summaries, and more
- Executing data transfer agreements, securely transferring data from clients to internal platforms, and complying with guidelines and regulations on proper data management
- Leading internal resource and capacity management across dynamic, multifunctional teams, with particular attention to projects in the pipeline
- Assessing and documenting project risks in risk registers, including potential risks, mitigation plans, and contingent actions
- Working alongside the business and finance teams on scope management, change order execution, and project budget tracking
- Supporting internal revenue tracking and forecasting for project milestones
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business or project management related field. (A degree in a science related field may also be considered with sufficient relevant work experience)
- 2-4 years of experience working in a project management or related role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience with Jira or other project management tooling is a plus
- Project management certification, such as CAPM or PMP, is a plus
