Position overview
The Operations Specialist will work closely with various functions, primarily supporting the business and executive teams with business operations and logistics. Specific responsibilities
- Managing office operations, including vendor management and inventory
 
- Coordinating executive, project team, and client schedules across varying time zones
 
- Supporting the finance and human resources functions with accounts receivable, benefits management, and internal workflow processes
 
- Assisting the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality assurance procedures
 
- Handling confidential employee and client information
 
- Other operational duties as assigned
 
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
 
- 0-2 years of experience working in an operational or administrative role
 
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 
- Strong organizational and time management skills
 
- High attention to detail
 
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
 
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
