Position overview

The Operations Specialist will work closely with various functions, primarily supporting the business and executive teams with business operations and logistics. This position is encouraged for entry-level applicants who seek to develop skills in business and operations management. Specific responsibilities

  • Managing office operations, including vendor management and inventory
  • Coordinating executive, project team, and client schedules across varying time zones
  • Supporting the finance and human resources functions with accounts receivable, benefits management, and internal workflow processes
  • Assisting the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality assurance procedures
  • Handling confidential employee and client information
  • Other operational duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 0-2 years of experience working in an operational or administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
