Position overview
The Administrative Assistant will work closely with various functions, primarily supporting the business and executive teams with business operations and logistics. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, a team player, and eager to step up and grow into new roles. (Knowledge of pharmacology/pharmacometrics or computer science are NOT required.)
Specific responsibilities
- Scheduling meetings across varying time zones
- Managing calendars and travel arrangements
- Handling confidential information
- Managing office inventory and equipment
- Assisting the finance and human resources functions
- Communicating with vendors and clients
- Other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 0-2 years of experience working in an administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
